A light corner room on the first floor, Ribbons & Roses is furnished with a charming brass Victorian queen bed and other period pieces, including an armoire. The bed is nestled in a corner and framed by a magnificent mural created by a local artist which depicts a garden wall with cascading roses. A working fireplace completes this romantic and inviting room.

One of the original parlors, Old Oak is a front room with a nearly floor to ceiling window overlooking the veranda. As its name implies, the room is furnished with a carved antique oak headboard, matching dresser and burled oak armoire. A Waverly loveseat in festive shades of wine, hunter green, and gold is complimented by a unique embossed wallpaper in warm caramel tones to provide a comfortable spot for reading or just relaxing.
