Rates & Reservations
Guest rooms range from $170 - $350 per night in standard season and $170-$370 per night in the month of October. In rooms that will accommodate over two people, each additional guest is $45 per night. Most weekends require a two-night minimum stay. A three night minimum is required on some holiday and high season weekends. Please ask about our
winter and business rates. Specials and packages are offered, check availability.
All rates include a full gourmet breakfast and evening refreshments. Reservations may be made by calling 800-621-7435 or 828-255-0027.
Payment
A deposit of one night or 50% (whichever is greater) is required to guarantee your reservation. This can be paid with a credit card or check. The
Inn accepts
VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards, cash and checks.
A "group
booking" occurs
if you reserve four or more guest rooms. A deposit
of 50% is required for a
group booking. The remaining balance is due no later
than 30 days prior to
arrival for group bookings.
Cancellations/Changes
You have up to 14 days prior to arrival to cancel with just
a $35 service charge. A 30-day cancellation deadline applies for October reservations and all "group bookings" of four or more rooms. The deposit is refunded by check. If the reservation is cancelled AFTER the 14/30 day cancellation deadline the deposit is non-refundable.
A $35.00 service charge will be assessed for changes to reservations.
Check-In & Out
Check-in is between 3:00 and 7:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Special arrangements can be made for late check-in.
Biltmore Estate Tickets
You may purchase your Biltmore Estate tickets from us.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount and are valid for one year from date of purchase. Please contact us for details.
Restrictions
The Inn is non-smoking. We welcome children 12 years old and over. We cannot accommodate pets.
